Grandma Cindy Visit!

Grandma Fisher came down this week to spend some quality time with Keenan and Ben while I was in Denver. It was so nice to have her here while I was visiting my sister and my brand new adorable niece. They all had a good time - playing together and even got to stay up ALL night! ha ha! She was such a BIG HELP with everything and we just wished we all lived closer!!! We realize now more than ever the importance of family being close - it makes it so hard! We miss her already.

Play Time

This is a great toy for Keenan at this age. He is excited by all the bells and whistles on this thing. He stands on his own inside and loves to look at himself in the mirror. He sees himself and smiles and laughs - it is too cute! Each moment this week has been a major milestone for him. He is doing well sitting up now - has great neck control - he loves to watch Honey - and is so attentive to every detail around him. He also has good hand control and can pick things up sometimes. We also started rice cereal on Thursday. He was fun to watch trying to figure it out and we are fairly certain he is going to be a big eater! Our doctor told us that he is very strong for his age and we must watch his every move (which we do anyway :) - He is also such a good boy when we are out and about. He loves restaurants, church, the grocery store, shopping, walks, etc... He smiles at everyone (mostly girls) and he got quite a smile and glance from Martina McBride yesterday while Ben and he were having a dads day out in the Hill Center. He is already attracting the ladies! ha ha!

Introducing Chloe Suzanne Ebadi

My sister and brother in law are new parents! Chloe was born on Wednesday in Denver, Colorado. She was 7 pounds 7 ounces! The labor and delivery went very smooth for them. Mom and baby are doing great. We are so glad!!! I can't wait to meet her at the end of Feb. - Keenan will be so lucky to have a cousin so close in age! (and another one coming in about 3 months)

We hope that Keenan does not acquire his mom and dad's singing abilities and can someday be a lead singer like Uncle Pyro!

Grandpa Dave's Weekend & Shrimp Party

The picture below is frightening! ??????????What is going on???? - that was exactly what we were thinking??????? JT - We aren't quite sure what happened to him? All we know is he had a photo shoot for a Nashville artist and had to dress up like the Batman Riddler! It was very shocking but quite funny! :)

Fun Stage...

THIS IS MY PERSONAL FAVORITE!!





He is almost four months old already!!! This is a great stage - lots of smiles and little laughs - a little 'nonsense' talking and of course we both think we hear him say mama and dada - but we know he is just testing sounds! It is still fun for us to pretend.
