Peek A Boo Play Town

Peek a boo playtown is a fun little place for the kids to play. It isn't something we do often anymore but they both love it. I wish we had a play room that looked like this place -- in a perfect world!

Findland, Findler, Finn, Finny, F-Rizzle (all names that Keenan calls his sister these days)...

She is growing so quickly - as of the 16th she took her first step. At music class she walked three steps across the room (right towards Dierks Bentley - who is in our class with his little girl) -- She was showing off!

Yesterday she took 10 steps and today she walked across the room. We are gonna loose the bottom scoot and head towards full time walking in days. We are sad because we love that little scoot. We want her to move forward and progress towards these things but it is just another level of us feeling like our sweet baby is growing up too quickly!

Congrats Finley - We are so proud and happy for you to enter this new stage of life! I must get a picture of it soon!

Good Morning Time

I love morning snuggle time! It's the best and if a little tv happens to be involved to keep the hugs rolling a little longer - don't put it past me! I'll do it!

Snow Days

Nashville has seen more snow this year then ever! This is the first real snowman and although it was harder then I remembered as a child to build - it was fun. Finley loved the snow and bottom scooted through it. The used their new sled in the backyard and down the side of Bernice's old house. Ben even got to come home from work one day early and had a whole day off the next day! (never happens!!!)

There was a week off from school - and as much as that affects me being able to go into work at least once a week - I have to say, I am one of those moms that secretly loves school closings. It is sometimes hard to have a whole week with not much to do - but these are the moments I remind myself I need to treasure. Some moments easier to remember that then others.

We basically trashed the house and played with every toy we have / made up games / and did lots of dance parties while staying in pj's all day long!

Shopping Days

I am trying to get some of my mobile uploads online so I don't forget. Ben got me a new phone that takes better pictures since I like to 'document' everything with my phone. The evo takes better pics then the blackberry - although I still can' seem to get used to it!

Mom & Son Date Nights

Keenan and I have been working on our date nights. We love them! We went to Yogi Bear in 3D last weekend and had a blast! We sometimes just do simple things like going to the store but we love our one on one time!

Daddy gets a special date this weekend and is taking him to the circus!
