TinkerBell Birthday Party - Finley Turns 2!

Baby Finley I guess is no longer a baby! She is 2!!! With that said, what was intended to be a tiny little cupcake get together in a small little room, turned into a tinkerbell themed wonderland...as once mama gets started on 'party ideas' I tend to not be able to stop! We invited a few friends from school and tried to keep it more her age so that she wasn't out numbered by Keenan's friends. I found a way to invite 'tink' herself (and Wendy) to pop in and sing a song or two, sign autographs and help with the birthday celebration! It was a memory we will never forget!

Warrior Dash / Indy Weekend

We had a great time visiting the Ferrettie's and Nace's over the weekend. We were happy we got to see lots of everyone's family & grandparents...The boys all did the Warrior Dash and the kids played all weekend. Nikki and Jeff hosted a great bbq and we all had a blast! We got to meet baby Colin and baby Lincoln for the first time - cute little sweetiepie's. I wanted to eat them up!

Titans Stadium

We went to the American Cancer Society event last night at the Titan's stadium. We were able to get a coach's talk in the media play room. Ate a nice dinner, had a silent auction, and saw a tour of the bubble, locker room, etc. It was a nice way to end the weekend.

My Buzz Lightyears!

Both kids running around the house with their arms out as wings pretending they are buzz lightyear (to the rescue)! Whether it is them both dressing alike as toy story characters or princesses or fairies - they both love whatever the other one is wearing at the moment. Ive got a few princess shots of Keenan but he may hate me for them someday if I post them online :)

My Big Boy

I just snapped this pic. and thought it showed a little bit of his big boyish look these days. I used to wonder what he would look like when he was little. Even at Finley's age I sometimes can't get a true sense of what she will totally look like when older. Keenan all of a sudden has a look to him that I can imagine him as a teenager. I don't know when that happens but it feels like it is over night!

My Fashionista!

Finley is pretty opinionated about what she wears. Her new thing is she wants to wear "mommy's dresses" which consists of a tank top that is flowy and she ties it up in the back. This idea is 100% hers! She wears them constantly and everywhere.

I think we have a little fashion designer on our hands. She makes me laugh how she prances and struts around like she has just discovered the coolest outfit in the world and she wants to dance around for everyone to see it.
